The client enlisted our services for a comprehensive redesign and expansion of their property. We proposed a two-story, 7000 sqft renovation for a private residence located on Lake Erie. The existing structure was a single-story cottage, and the project parameters required maintaining the original footprint while adding a second floor. The design is focused on creating a family-oriented space.
